The Sunflower Attractor is generated by the rational, 2nd-order difference equation below. This NDE has bounded and stable chaotic orbits that approach a limit set resembling a sunflower. Using the dynamic properties of its three unstable fixed points, many of this attractor's features such as its multi-component shape are easier to explain than the 4-Breasts Attractor.
